How it works

Once hired, our matching specialists will pair you with clients based on both their preferences and your background, experience and availability.
Host a 45 minute kickoff call or video-chat with your client to get to know one another + set goals big and small that will help them succeed.
The secret sauce: you will be able to communicate with your client on a daily basis (M-F) by sending a daily check-in video that answers their questions, provides accountability, and celebrates wins.
Have real-time 30 minute phone or video check-ins with you client either every week or every other week (depends on your clients' package).

The pay rate is $85/hr.

For each client, you can expect to spend 45 minutes on the initial kickoff call, 15 minutes reading and responding to messages per week, and 30 minutes per check-in call.

The bi-weekly plan calls for two 30 minute check-in sessions per month and the weekly plan calls for four 30 minute check-in sessions per month.
All coaches must be independently licensed clinicians with extensive experience operating in a coaching-based capacity.

Prospective coaches go through a short interview process to assess their fit for Your Corner. During onboarding, all coaches also receive Coach Education to learn Your Corner's model & methodologies.
Our team has developed a deep understanding of the disconnect between the ways that most men think about managing their mental health & well-being and the resources available to them.
The vast majority of the men in our studies indicated dealing with high levels of stress but commonly voiced that existing mental health resources are too expensive, unapproachable, confusing, time-consuming, or simply not what they needed.
Based on our learnings, we set out to create a new option that fits into men’s lives; is approachable, affordable, and interactive; and is focused on trackable progress and growth.
